Obangla Jamir, born on January 23, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the Nagaland cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he is the Commissioner & Secretary in the Minority Affairs Department at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), a position he has held since January 25, 2022.
