O Ravi, born on 31 October 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Botany and an MBA in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Executive Director, Managing Director, District Collector, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Member Secretary at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in the Department of Handloom and Textile, Khadi and Gramodyog from 8 June 2012 to 31 October 2015.
