O R Tiwari, born on May 5, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Hindi, along with a postgraduate degree in Sociology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Additional Director, Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Collector, Project Officer, Assistant Director, and Junior Scale officer. His most recent position was Director at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, from July 1, 1995, to May 30, 1996.
