O M S M Bande, born on 30 May 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional Secretary from 22 April 2008 to 31 May 2008. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His extensive service in administrative roles reflects his commitment to public administration in Bihar.
