O M Prakash II, born on 14 May 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Graduate degree, Postgraduate degree, and M.Phil. in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Executive Magistrate, Assistant Collector, Consultant, and Kumbh Mela Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary to Government, Irrigation and Water Resources Department, from 10 June 2013 to 12 November 2013.
