Nupur Goel, born on October 23, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She is currently the Chief Development Officer at Meerut, a position she has held since September 29, 2023. Prior to this, she has served as Chief Executive Officer and Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Nupur Goel continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
