He has held multiple key positions including Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, Development Commissioner, District Collector, Additional Commissioner, Joint MD, Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, and SDO. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary at Maharashtra. Mr. Kawale holds a graduate degree in Philosophy, a postgraduate qualification in German, and a Certificate in French. Throughout his career, he served in various administrative capacities within the Maharashtra government.
