Noorul Quamer, born on 15 December 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He is currently the Joint Collector at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 8 October 2025. Noorul Quamer holds a graduate degree and has previously served as Deputy Secretary to the Government. He is proficient in Hindi and Telugu.
