Noonsavath Thirumala Naik, born on August 1, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU). Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, since October 12, 2025. His previous roles include Vice Chairman of BDA, Additional CEO, Collector & District Magistrate, Project Director, Managing Director, State Mission Director, Director, and Additional Chief Electoral Officer. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
