Nmohandas, born on 26 May 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a graduate degree in Physics and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Additional Director, and Joint Excise Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Commissioner in the Excise Department from 1 March 2001 to 31 May 2004.
