Joint Commissioner, Excise Department
Nmohandas, born on 26 May 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Kerala cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Additional Director, Joint Excise Commissioner, and Joint Commissioner in the Excise Department. His most recent position was Joint Commissioner from 1 March 2001 to 31 May 2004.
