Nitin Kumar Singh, born on March 25, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate at Kaimur (Bhabua), Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as a Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
