Nitin Kumar Singh, born on 25 March 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate at Kaimur (Bhabua), Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
