Nitika Khandelwal, born on 22 July 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the service. Currently, she is the Additional Secretary in the Rural Department, a position she has held since 9 July 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Secretary. Nitika Khandelwal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
