Nitesh Kumar Vyas, born on 28 August 1971, is a 1996 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, since 21 March 2025. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Election Commissioner, Principal Secretary to Government, Managing Director, Commissioner of Health, Chairman and Managing Director, Project Director, Commissioner & Special Secretary, Director, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
