Nitesh Kumar Jain, born on 12 October 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Com Honours in Financial Accounting from the University of Kolkata and is a Chartered Accountant. Currently, he serves as the Chief Administrator at the Jalandhar Development Authority, Jalandhar, Punjab, a position he has held since 3 March 2025. His previous roles include Under Secretary and Sub Divisional Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
