Nishant Kumar, born on 15 July 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in law from National Law University, Jodhpur. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Annamayya, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 11 September 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Director. Nishant Kumar is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
