Nishaa, born on 27 October 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Gujarat cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Nishaa has served as Assistant Collector and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. Currently, she is the Project Administrator at Bharuch under the Tribal Area Sub Plan department, a position she has held since 10 February 2025. Fluent in Gujarati, she continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
