Nisha, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on August 10, 1986. She holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from GGSI University Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Private Secretary to the Minister of State in the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi, a position she has held since September 24, 2025. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Mission Director Junior Administrative Grade, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary, Vice Chairperson, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Mission Director.
