Nisha, born on 14 November 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Haryana cadre. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physical Chemistry from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the CEO at Panchkula in the Zila Parishad department, a position she has held since 20 July 2025. Previously, she was the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer. Nisha continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
