She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Delhi University. Currently, she is the Chief Development Officer at Bulandshahr, a position she has held since May 20, 2025. Nisha continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and development initiatives within her cadre.
