Nisar Ahmed, born on July 1, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He served in the SC/ST Welfare Department and held the position of Secretary at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from January 1, 2012, to June 30, 2016. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions of the state government until his retirement.
