Nirmal Kumar, born on 23 September 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently the Secretary of the Bihar State Seed Corporation, a position he has held since 11 March 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including previous roles as Secretary. Mr. Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar in his ongoing service.
