Niranjan Kumar Arya, born on January 4, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Development Commissioner, Secretary, Registrar, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, Administrator, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary to the Government in the Excise and Taxation Department, Jaipur, Rajasthan, from January 1, 2019, to July 3, 2020.
