Niraj Kumar Bansod, born on 16 July 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, allocated to the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Director, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and Sub Divisional Officer. Since 10 December 2025, he has been serving as the Special Roll Observer at Medinipur Division, West Bengal. He is proficient in English and Marathi and continues to be in active service.
