Niraj, born on September 8, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi. Currently, he is the District Municipal Commissioner at Hisar, a position he assumed on November 3, 2024. Niraj continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana.
