Nilam Gupta, born on February 6, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Bihar cadre. During her service, she held the position of Joint Secretary in the Social Welfare Department at Patna, Bihar, from March 2, 2013, to February 28, 2015. Prior to this, she served as Deputy Director. Her career in the IAS was marked by her commitment to public administration within the Bihar cadre.
