Nila Mohanan

Nila Mohanan, an IAS officer of the 2007 batch belonging to the A G M U T cadre, is a female official born on 13/02/1982. She holds a B.A. in Political Sc from Delhi University, M.A. in International Relations, and M.Phil. in International Politics from JNU New Delhi. With proficiency in English, French, Hindi, and Malayalam, she has served as Joint Secretary at Cabinet Secretariat.
