Nikunj Kumar Srivastava, born on 15 January 1973, is a 1998 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and completed the Chevening Gurukul Leadership Programme at King's College London. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director at the World Bank, Washington DC, since 15 August 2024. His past roles include Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Additional DG Foreign Trade, Joint Secretary, and District Collector. He has received awards for excellence in implementing Mahatma Gandhi NREGA schemes and State Health Awards. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
