Nikhil Kumar, born on 13 August 1976, is a 2002 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology. Currently serving as Commissioner at Delhi in the Department of Trade and Taxes since 16 February 2026, he has previously held the position of Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Nikhil Kumar continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service.
