Nikhil Gajraj, born on 10 August 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Special Roll Observer at Saharanpur, Meerut, Moradabad, and Aligarh divisions in Uttar Pradesh since December 2025. His previous roles include PS to Minister, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, ADC cum CEO, and Sub Divisional Officer. Fluent in English and Hindi, Nikhil Gajraj continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
