Nikhil Dhanraj Nippanikar, born on March 7, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he is the District Magistrate of Munger, Bihar, a position he has held since August 2, 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director. Nippanikar continues to contribute to the administration and governance of Bihar through his various roles in the IAS.
