Nikhare Tushar Gajanan, born on 15 November 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.Tech. from the University of Pune. Currently, he is the District Collector at Gangtok in the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department, a position he has held since 2 January 2023. His previous roles include District Collector, Additional District Magistrate & Collector, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the IAS.
