Nikhare Tushar Gajanan, born on 15 November 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. Currently, he serves as the District Collector at Gangtok in the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department, a position he assumed on 2 January 2023. His previous roles include District Collector, Additional District Magistrate & Collector, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the IAS.
