Nikas Kumar, born on October 7, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Additional Deputy Commissioner at Hoshiarpur in the Department of Rural Development since September 23, 2024. His previous roles include Additional Deputy Commissioner, Under Secretary, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, Nikas Kumar continues to contribute to public administration in Punjab.
