Niharika Rai, born on 15 August 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 AGMUT cadre. She holds multiple B.Com degrees from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as Additional Director at Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), Delhi, since 12 August 2025. Her past roles include Secretary to Government, PS to Minister and Minister of State, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, and Managing Director. She received an award for best electoral practices in the Delhi Legislative Assembly Elections 2015. Niharika is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
