Ngikya Gohain, born on December 7, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Gaubati and an M.B.A. in Management from VICE Delhi. Currently, he serves as Commissioner at Rajasthan in the Child Rights Department. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Commissioner. Fluent in English and Hindi, Ngikya Gohain continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
