Nethra Shenoy, born on 26 September 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1969 Gujarat cadre. She holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Psychology. Over her career, she served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, District Development Officer, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, and special Assistant to the Chief Minister. Her most recent position was Chairman of the Financial Corporation in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 17 March 2005 to 30 September 2006.
