Nepal Singh Ravi, born on July 9, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and English Literature, along with a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Executive Director. His most recent role was Principal Secretary in the Rural Development and Rural Engineering Service Department from June 17, 2010, to July 31, 2019.
