Nek Ram Nim, born on January 25, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, and Managing Director. He held the position of Joint Development Commissioner from July 1, 1992, to January 1, 1993. He was also associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations.
