Neha Marvya Singh, born on 22 August 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. Currently, she serves as the Additional Secretary in the Department of Tribal Affairs, Madhya Pradesh, a position she has held since 18 January 2026. Her previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, Special Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Director, and Collector. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
