Neha Kumari, born on March 20, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. She holds a B.A. in English from Banaras Hindu University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an M.A. in English. Neha has served as an Assistant Collector and is currently the Special Officer at Patna, Bihar, in the Health Department since August 18, 2025. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
