Neha Jain, born on 24 July 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Computer Science from UPTU Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary at Lucknow since 1 September 2023, and is associated with the I.T and Electronics Department as well as the position of Managing Director at UPDESCO. Her previous roles include Additional Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and Junior Scale. She is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
