Neeru Singh, born on 22 November 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the A G M U T cadre. She holds a graduate degree in English, an M.Phil. in International Trade, and a postgraduate degree in International Relations. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Collector, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, and most recently as Deputy Secretary from 1 September 1991 to 22 July 2002. Her service reflects a broad administrative experience within the Indian Administrative Service.
