Neeru Katyal Gupta, born on 29 August 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, Punjab cadre. She holds a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Punjab University Chandigarh. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner at Ludhiana, Punjab, in the Municipal Corporation department since 22 January 2026. Her previous roles include Chief Administrator, Director, Additional Secretary, and Chief Administrator. She continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative leadership within Punjab.
