Neeraj Mittal, an IAS officer of the 1992 batch from the Tamil Nadu cadre, was born on 17/12/1967. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engg. from IIT Kanpur, an M.B.A. in Business Mgt from Cranfield University U.K., and a Ph.D. in Mgmt Info System from OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY USA. Currently serving as Secretary at the Telecommunications Department, he is proficient in English and Hindi.
