Neeraj Kumar Singh, born on 23 August 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics from IIT Madras, Chennai. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Minister of State in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi, a position he has held since 8 September 2025. His previous roles include CEO, Administrator, Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Director. Neeraj is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
