Neeraj Kumar, born on January 6, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA degree. Currently, he serves as the Director at the Transport Department, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since August 2, 2025. Prior to this role, he was appointed as Special Secretary. Neeraj Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Himachal Pradesh through his ongoing service in the IAS.
