Neeraj Kharwal, born on 25 September 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from MD University Rohtak. Currently, he serves as Managing Director (JS Level) at the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in New Delhi since 1 November 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional District Magistrate, District Magistrate, Joint Electoral Officer, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
