Neerabh Kumar Prasad, a 1987 batch IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre, served the Government of Andhra Pradesh in various capacities. Born on June 5, 1964, he held multiple key positions including Chief Secretary to Government from July 1 to December 31, 2024. His extensive career encompassed roles such as Special Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Metropolitan Commissioner, Commissioner & Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Private Secretary. He holds a PG Diploma in Financial Management from IIM Bangalore, an M.P.P. in Public Policy from Princeton University, and a Diploma in Management. He is now retired from service.
