Neena Sharma, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1998 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on February 10, 1970. She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. in Constitutional Law, along with a graduate degree in History. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since March 16, 2026. Her previous roles include Director, Member, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Administration Officer. She is proficient in English and Punjabi and remains in active service.
