Neena Sharma, born on 10 February 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Graduate degree in History, an LL.B., and an LL.M. in Constitutional Law. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 16 March 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Director, Member, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Administration Officer. She is proficient in English and Punjabi.
