Neelam Choudhary, born on 20 July 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Bihar cadre. She served as Divisional Commissioner at Kosi Division, Saharsa, Bihar, from 1 January 2024 to 16 July 2024. Prior to this, she held the position of Director. Fluent in English and Hindi, Neelam Choudhary contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar during her tenure.
