Neela Satyanarayana, born on February 5, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1972 Maharashtra cadre. She holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in English. Over her career, she served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director General, Managing Director, Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Additional Collector, Assistant Collector, and Land Acquisition Officer. Her most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Revenue and Forest Department of Maharashtra. Throughout her tenure, she contributed to multiple administrative roles within the state government before retiring from service.
